Dear George,On behalf of our entire team, I would like to apologize for not exceeding your expectations. Your satisfaction is important to us and we will be using the feedback you gave us to implement improvements to ensure we offer a better experience for guests in the future.When you checked into the room it was inspected and clean. You guys did not declare your dog you had in your room. You were in a non-pet friendly room, By not declaring your Pet I could of charged you only 250.00. Instead I only charged you the pet fee of 42.80.When you bring a dog you have to pay the pet fee.Sincerely,Jessica GMBest Western Plus McCall Lodge & Suites

The public hot tub was disgusting and smelt horrible. The Sauna lights didn’t work. The bedroom curtains and blinds would not shut, allowing no privacy.

Your satisfaction is important to us and we will be using the feedback you gave us to implement improvements to ensure we offer a better experience for guests in the future. We didn't find out until you checked out that you had issues with your curtain. We found out that the chain was broken and needed to be replaced. Someone had taken the light to the sauna out, we have replaced. We had put shock into our hot tub and its foggy for an hour and then it clears up, that is probably when you saw it. Our heated pool and Jacuzzi are served by the best pool company here in McCall. I am truly sorry for the inconvenience this caused you. As I posted on the sign you received 1,000 extra bonus points on your Best Western Rewards. I hope that you will consider staying with us again so that we can have another chance to provide you with a superior experience.
