There were no maps on showing us how to enter the property. The roads are all one way and due to the holiday the traffic was awful. It took several attempts to find which gate to enter. Then the check in was dreadful. Only one staff handling all of the check-ins and the line was long and took us over an hour to check-in. The view of Taal lake and Taal volcano crater from the room were excellent. It was nice we had a kitchen and didn't have to go out to eat. My family was happy that New Years eve wasn't too noisy. We had a problem with cockroaches and in our three days there killed about five per day. The toilet wasn't seated properly and bathroom smelled of urine. The contact person Ms. Lovely did her best to help us with some things. We were shocked that the swimming fee doubled on holidays (instead of 150 pesos it became 300) The parking lot was a grass field (150 pesos per day). When we got our car we discovered ants had moved in and had to take our car to be cleaned and sprayed to kill the ants. Due to the problems we definitely won't be returning to this place.
