"Great location - Great Service"
My wife and I stayed 5 nights on a holiday in Sydney. The check in staff and concierge were very helpful and went out of their way in helping us choose destinations daily and arranging tours. The room was very clean and maintained well throughout our stay. We were overcharged once for room service but it was quickly resolved when we questioned the charge. Best of all, the location was superb; a short walk to Darling Harbor, about 15 min to the Quay, Harbor Bridge and the Opera House. Town Hall station was a quick walk. It is an expensive hotel but you get a good room, great location and service.

"Great Location"
Overall staying here was nice. It was quite expensive at $192 AUD for one night that was on sale... but I guess everything in Sydney is expensive. The room was very small and tight, and having two huge luggages made it a pain to maneuver around the room (I'd just moved out of my apartment). If you're on a business trip with one small luggage, then it should be just fine. The room came with free wi-fi, tv, and movies! The movies were up to date and not some random old movies you've never heard about, so that was nice. I had trouble connecting to wifi because the hotspot wouldn't pop up to let me log in, but I eventually was able to get in after a couple of frustrating hours. The bathroom was nice and the little travel sized shampoo/conditioners/soaps smelled like lemongrass and happiness :-) Staff was nice but I thought they could've been better. My room was not ready so they told me to come back. I asked if they could call me when my room was ready but they never called me. Also it'd be nice if they had someone help with bags? because I really struggled with my two gigantic luggages. The hotel is literally one street away from Wynyard station which made traveling easy! Overall nice hotel!

"Average hotel/room in good location"
Like others have said this is definitely an average hotel. The room itself isn't anything special. The standing shower doesn't have a sliding door just a loose curtain so water will spill into the main bathroom area. There is a mini-fridge and microwave with utensils/plateware which was helpful. The A/C didn't work that great. I couldn't get it lower than 17 Celsius. All that being said the main reason for booking here is affordability and great location. It's a 5 min walk from one of the main train stations, Museum, so that makes it really conveninent when coming from the airport. Also, convenience stores are nearby to buy bus passes or any other small items you might need. The free bus route, 555, is close by as well. This will take you straight to Circular Quay. Overall, average room in a good location.

"Reasonably priced in the center of town."
Found this hotel online. We were returning from a cruise and wanted to stay one additional day rather than fight all 2000 cruise passengers at the airport trying to get home that day. We were pleasantly surprised as the hotel is a very short walk to Darling Harbor, and pretty much right in the middle of a great shopping locations. We at dinner at and great Italian restaurant right down the street (don;t remember the name but they have it at the desk) and were able to catch a shuttle to the airport the next morning at half the rate of a cab.The hotel handled the arrangements for us. When we go back we will stay there again.

Fraser Suites has wonderful apartments and their staff are very accommodating and friendly. Finding the lift downstairs from the carpark is a little confusing due to the shared nature of the building. Would love to come back again.
