I came into the hotel harried and discombubalated after being in the Idaho back country and the staff took my craziness in stride and made me feel welcomed! Hotel is in a great area and Chandlers is amazing for dinner!

The property was great and the staff was friendly and helpful. The valet parking is a wreck. I was charged for two nights parking when I stayed only one night. I brought this to the attention of the hotel desk staff and the parking manager. Neither could do anything about it since parking is managed by a third party. I suggest not using the valet parking, but rather self parking and/or paying in cash to the desk.
