Not the best customer service

Pros: It was clean and great location.
Cons: they should be more courteous about guess and please their guests instead of not caring!
Location: Restaurants, car washes, gas stations and the highway were near the hotel.
Tv, was not working properly, internet was not working, cell phone reception was not working, phone inside the room did not work. When contacted customer service, I was told they were working on it, until the day I check out, still same issues, I even request a late check out, but was told they were fully booked, when I went online to see if there were any other hotels were available, they still had availabilities! The just flat out lied! I WOULD NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN!

STUNNING

Pros: Everything. The staff is totally competent and caring. The room impeccable. I especially loved the antique bowling pin on the shelf on the wall.
Cons: Barking dogs.
Location: It is a bit far from the Ocean and I had business in Vero Beach.
I've been on the road for close to 4 weeks and the Residence Inn in Port St. Lucie is by far superior in comparison to all the other hotels I've stayed. The only exception might be The Monaco, an historic 5 Star establishment in Baltimore, but the two hotels are similar in style and quality.

An exceptionally nice hotel

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet, near interstate 95
I stayed at the Residence Inn Marriott Port St. Lucie for a quick business weekend. This is a fabulous hotel with spacious, modern rooms, quality customer service and a locatation that can't be surpassed. The cleanliness of the hotel was what impressed me the most! I stayed in a studio guest room with a mini kitchen, nice living area and a well equipped and designed bathroom. There are numerous restaurants, shopping and a cinema very close by. Considering all factors including price of the room, this was one of the nicest hotels that I have traveled to. I would recommend the Residence Inn Marriott without hesitation to family and friends. Actually, I am looking forward to the next time I need a hotel in the St. Lucie West area. Back to the Residence Inn it will be!!
