Staff were lovely in accomodating me in a nice quiet room as I requested prior. The hotel is clean and in a great spot close to the tennis and within walking distance of all the great Melbourne spots. The buffet breakfast is nice and staff were polite and attentive. There is a lovely gentlemen downstairs at concierge who takes care of parking and opening/closing car doors...he has a lot of personality and is a great point of call for guests with a bubbly positive attitude.
