First and foremost, we want to sincerely apologize for this. We always strive to provide the best service to our guests, and on this occasion, we did not exceed your expectation.

Was not aware I was going to be charged another person fee until I got here. Also, condition of my room is horrible. Door is about to fall off. Refrigerator does not work and odd odor. I called the front desk immediately when I checked in, and nothing has been done .
