I took pictures. The property was abysmal. Good under the bed. Mold in the bathroom. Nasty tub. Huge chunks of hair. Worst I’ve ever stayed in…The front desk was so nice.

The room was FILTHY. The bed sheets were dirty and had dead bugs on them. In additional the bathroom door had a whole in it and the bath tub was FILTHY. I am shocked that Red Roof would allow a property to be so dirty and use their name. I am also shocked that Travelocity would represent/recommend such a property. After being in the room two minutes and seeing the condition of the room my wife and I left. We had to find another hotel at the last minute which was 30 miles out of our way. This cost us time, money and gas. HOW DO I GET A REFUND ON THIS NASTY PROPERTY AND REIMBURSED FOR THE INCONVIENCE OF A NEW HOTEL 30 MILES OUT OF OUR WAY, TIME, MONEY AND GAS?

Nothing. Front desk was very helpful and quick. Terrible rating is for the room. The minute we walked in there were tiny bugs flying around the entire room. To the point that you couldn't walk a foot without one in your face. Immediately went to front desk and said we wanted a refund and was told they would have to take it up with management in the morning. Ive yet to hear from them or see a refund. Stay away from this location!!

Non-smoking room. Room and linens smelled like smoke. Water leaking from tub faucet all night. Outlets not tight (plugs fell right out) Fire Hazard! Staff was friendly enough.

Staff and security came in without knocking. Security guard had gun drawn and lady that checked me in was there. They made a huge mistake and never apologized. Violated my privacy without consent. Many people could have been hurt as a result. Avoid this location at all cost. Prostitutes and drug dealers everywhere. This is the reason for an armed security guard with poor training.
