The ironing board was broken, hair dryer not working, lamps constantly flickered, bed sheets stained and dirty, floor around bed was sticky, no blankets, was told no room service at all, non working vending machines, dryer in laundry room never dried my clothes...

This Property is horrible! Looks like it should be shut down. I did not stay here, the phone number doesn't work, there was no staff at the desk when I arrived, waited 10 minutes and had to leave because I didn't feel safe! I was refused a refund for this shanty motel. The worst $108 I've ever loss!😪

We wanted none Smoking. As soon s you walked in you were hit with the heavy smell of smoke. Walking down the hall to room full of smoke. not what we thought we would get. Tried to check out because of it and no one could tell us if we could or if there would be charge. not helpful. We should have been able to leave because we ARE ALLERGIC TO SMOKE

False advertising

Pros: Clean, and adequate for what I needed
Cons: Fix your advertised Internet. It sounds trivial but in todays world the internet is important. And it was advertised as included
Location: It was perfectly located for where I needed to be, the reason I booked it.
When checking in everything was fine. When asking the desk clerk what the password for the Included Internet connection, the reply was "Oh I don't think it's working" this information wasn't voluntarily given to me, so I doubt it was something that just had happened, my feeling is they just don't want to spend the money... for Something that they offer in their room advertising. Well went to the room, it was fine and as I had expected, but I needed the Internet connection for my work so after driving around and checking into another hotel (with internet) I went back and checked out ... full price for 3 hours.. oh well live and learn. I hope this gets posted and maybe they will either remove the "Internet" connection or fix the problem
