The swimming pool was closed for repairs, the elevator was out of order, couldnt get the air conditioning to work in our room. Our room had no tv guide to watch tv. Staff was very kind, food was very good and kept up with.

Rain really bad Friday night and my room on the 3rd floor had a leak in the ceiling. Water all over the desk, floor and tv. Don't have a other room ready to switch me too.

My room was so disgusting I don’t believe the sheets were washed or the room vacuumed. Crumbs and food everywhere . Had to get out of my bed and sleep in the other double bed because it was so gross. Food and stained sheets.

Pool closed.

Very nice rooms. Was not told and no where on their website say their pool was in maintenance and wasn't told after we had checked in and paid. Also got there at 4. Check in was at 3 and had to wait for a room to be cleaned

The shower was plugged and water up to ankles- no hair dryer, only two towels- but I will say when I went to request more they were accommodating and friendly. The room temperature was hard to regulate, noisy, and lots of construction- overpriced for our experience.
