Room was too small. The parking was limited and the individual compact parking spaces were too small to park our truck.

The room had numerous dirt smudges near light switches, door handles and on the walls. I wiped a few off just to make sure they weren't something else. There was built up dirt in the corners on the floor and the bathroom cabinet was falling apart. I would not recommend staying here to a friend. Too dirty for the price.

I am surprised by your review. Our rooms are very clean and we have a lot of customers who come back year after year for our clean rooms, free breakfast, free parking, and unbeatable location for Universal Studios. We are only a 3 min walk from Universal Studios free shuttle service / Park entrance.

ordered a room specifacly with 2 beds.. only had one bed and sofa. Sofa was so uncomfortable, ended up sleeping on floor. Room was upstairs with very steep staircase. almost making it uneccesable for me, as i am slightly handicapped. Unable to switch rooms, as nothing was available, we had made our reservation months in advance Room is not as clean as picture shows, lots of small issues, mainly the bed situation was not really very acceptable, had to stay cause only motel in the area ( being near a major theme park) tried to get different accomidationis but hotel had no other rooms, and other motels were all full. Breakfast was a few danish, and single cup of apple juice. they had a waffle machine, but not working, Only redeeming quality was night clerk was polite, although he was probably happy, cause we paid a high price for a crappy room Motel was in questionable part of town with homeless and druggies hanging out on the street/ which tech was not the hotels fault, problems like that are common anymore. Parking lot was small only on parking space, and people had to move cars around in order to exit or enter the lot. If we had a larger car, would not have fit in parking I could go on with more details but you get the idea, This was a special trip for me and my son, and we kinda were forced to stay here and pay, as nothing else was available, One of the reasons we had booked months in advance. Sadly very disapointed.

I find your review extremely inaccurate and unfair. You booked a room with one queen bed plus a sofa bed and you booked it via a third party and that is exactly what you got. Our rooms are super clean and most of our customers are repeat customers who come back for our clean rooms, free breakfast, free parking and unbeatable location for Universal Studios. The hotel is located in a great expensive area, just a few minutes walk form Universal Studios, Hilton, Sheraton, and other hotels. As far as homeless people, that is a problem in Los Angeles, no matter where you go, you may see homeless people. Having said that, there are not that many homeless people in Studio City / Universal City area. Next time, please do book a 5 star hotel and hopefully they would be able to live up to your lofty expectations. As far as the breakfast, it is a simple continental breakfast and we serve exactly what we advertise: Waffles, Bread, butter, jam, cereal, Danishes, other pastries, coffee, and apple juice.

Very clean, neat, safe, staff at check in was helpful, but at check out, could not get ice because it is enclosed in the office only & they do not open until 7am, felt unsure about the checkout. We left at 5ish am, like we always do every time we travel to LA. So a 24/7 open office, is essential, ice maker needs to be out, We did not like that the parking was scarce, & some lazy people parked blocking cars, & were not told to move their cars. They did not seem to care that their parking lot is small. So Thank God, we did not use our car, until we left. Loved that they are close to Universal, w/ a free shuttle service based on the park’s operating hours, we were there for Horror Nights so it was great they had the shuttle working until 2am. The rooms were small, but served its purpose. I would recommend it, but dependent on your plans.
