Prepaid for a room and then had to pay and added $50 because the desk attendant claimed to not know the “new” system. Money isn’t the issue but having to wait 5-7 days to be credited back that money is ridiculous.

First, I booked my room based on the picture in Travelocity and I did NOT get the room pictured. I got a much smaller room. Second, while the wi-fi signal was strong it was inconsistent and that made any sort of extended streaming impossible. The remote control for the tv was not an original one but a cheap replacement and thus didn't have anything but the most basic functionality. I needed to go to the front desk and ask for a second remote. Finally, regardless of the temperature I set for the room, the actual temperature never changed.
