We checked in and were directed where to park The parking area was sand-covered, which tracked into our toom and car. The "grass area" between the parking and the sidewalks was literally grown weeds with no grass. The wifi never worked. The television didn't work. The refrigerator was missing the freezer compartment and had no shelves. The HVAC unit rattled all night. A couple of ceiling lights were burned out. Worse of all was the entrance door that wouldn't latch. This we found out when we returned from dinner. Asked them to fix it. Still wasn't fixed the next morning, so after waiting for 2 hours we packed up and left. No refund or reduction in our over priced room.

Tiny parking lot, after we got there we only found 2 spots available and people were still coming in looking for parking. Balcony was covered in spiders and floor of it was made of plywood. Bed was very comfortable, room was clean, and staff very friendly. So everything that mattered was great.

The room that I reserved on Travelocity wasn’t what the hotel had reserved. I was offered that type of room for an additional $40 per night but when I went to the room it was still wrong. Called the front desk and the manager then offered the room I requested for another upgrade. The internet didn’t work at all. The room had issues with the balcony screen being torn. Not a good stay! I want to understand why the bate and switch from what was on Travelocity to choose and what was actually reserved on the hotel end.

The location and view is great, you get what you pay for. Only stayed 2 of my 3 nights due to poor service.
