We booked this hotel because of the proximity to the airport, and the pool. The proximity was good, but the pool was totally empty and torn up from renovations, and tbh, I don't think that picture is of the same pool room. The one at this property didn't have all those windows, and was appeared much smaller. Also, we put out the do-not-disturb as we didn't need our room serviced since we were only staying 2 nights. When we came back into our room in the evening, our room had "sort of" been serviced. The bed was made, and the towels replaced, but we had picked up 2 extra towels at the front desk, (making 4 total) and although they took 3 towels, they only replaced 1, leaving us with 2 total. The property doesn't have an icemaker, but they have ziplock bags with ice you can take from their little store. Only after you get to your room do you realize there is no ice bucket, so you pretty much just leave it melt in the sink. There is sort of a kitchenette, but what was supplied was random. One of our 2 rooms had 2 knives and 1 spoon, the other had no utensils at all.

Room was very clean. Check in was fast with efficient service. The fire alarm at 1:30 AM with total evacuation was not pleasant, but that was not the hotels' fault. Breakfast was good with a decent variety.

Horrible checking experience

When I first arrived to the hotel I had my confirmation number present for the desk clerk but he informed me there was no reservation under my name I kindly showed him showed him the confirmation that was given to me by Travelocity through email. He then informed me the room was not paid for. I told him the room was paid for on March 30th in full. He told me he had to call Travelocity to verify my reservation I felt embarrassed because I know it was paid for. He went to the back room to call Travelocity customer service he was very rude and unprofessional. He never apologized for the inconvenience. Is he never left the back room another front in Clerk pulled out a binder with a fax confirming my reservation and that it was paid in full she kindle put in a new reservation for me and gave me my room key. As I said before the first Clerk never apologize about being rude it was not helpful at all. As I enter the room I noticed our room was a handicap room which I did not need so yes the room was a little inconvenience for me and my children. I don't know who error it was but I was embarrassed and would not recommend this hotel.
