This was probably the worst hotel experience I have had in the last 25 years. The shower didn't produce hot water, the request for maintenance to repair it was not followed through with until I returned the following evening and inquired as to the status, to which, the manager said she know-nothing about it. Maintenance came with me to the room and spent 45 minutes complaining about the lack of funds to make repairs all while attempting to (and not succeeding in) repairing the mix valve. This was never repaired during my stay. Two nights later I went to my room at 10 PM and was unable to open the door...the lock made repeated red/green flashes, which usually indicates a battery issue. I went to the front desk and reported this, but they gave me another set of 'keys' and sent me back up to try again...which, obviously, didn't work. I went back dow to let them know and they tried to used another key to open the door, but it did not work. Maintenance wasn't available and the front desk clerk had to call the GM to come replace the batteries to open the door...this took over two hours to complete, while I was waiting in the lobby after 16 hours working..not a great way to end the day. Apparently, maintenance is not a priority at this hotel, and I would NOT recommend staying there until the issues are addressed. Generally, the staff was pleasant and the cleaning crew were good...but overall, the maintenance issues would keep me from staying at or recommending this hotel/location.
