Hello there, My sincere apologies are in order. It is very distressing to hear your stay wasn't what we like to offer. I will say the pool was having issues due to the torrential rains. The chemicals we spot on, and I even had a pool guy come and back wash and treat. Many of my guests commented the pool was great. I am so sorry it wasn't to your standards. I will promise you if you will come back we will make sure your stay is better. We really care about our guests and want you to be able to make fond and good memories while under our roof. again, will you please accept my sincere apologies and allow us to make it right.... Hello my friends, As I read your response I am trying to gather my thoughts to answer this situation. It is plainly obvious that we failed you in every way. I sincerely apologize for all these inconveniences. This should have been your family time to make precious memories. I understand this opportunity may have been taken from you and your family.. Our little historical relic motel, has weathered many storms, hurricanes and inclement weather. We have also had many great times at the Beach Front Motel. We are new owners and our group is family owned. Sadly we currently went through the worst year in history. The Covid crisis took a toll on every Mom and Pop business. Now, this doesn't mean you have to stay in a room that is leaking on your heads and water running under your door. The rain was torrential and caused many issues with our 65 years old property. Please let me ask you to come again, and allow us to try again. My goal is to have everyone of our guests leave with a great experience. As our funds allow we are updating in every area.... Hello there, I just read your response, and I am so glad you enjoyed the views, and the little town of Cedar Key. Regarding the thin walls issue, I believe the sound could have been coming from an adjoining room door. the door between 104 and 105 as a very thin door and only one. there is supposed to be two doors to the adjoining. Today we added another door, this should buffer the sound.......I certainly apologize, and I ask that you give us another chance to serve you. Cody and Lonnie
