Property was typical downtown area but nice. Staff were friendly and professional. Building seemed clean, the room was mostly clean but there was dirt in the corners and underneath the furniture. Overall it was still a good experience.

The Hotel Ithaca is a nice hotel. Comfortable and clean. The staff is courteous. My only complaint was that the hairdryer in the room did not work, but I didn't bother to get a replacement. I did inform the desk clerk, so hopefully they replace it for that room. After enjoying free breakfasts at other hotel options, I was disappointed that there was no free breakfast at the Hotel Ithaca. There is free coffee. They have a nice ($$) restaurant inside for your inconvenience, and room service, if you wish. The location is great for visits to the State Theatre, and the area is walkable, but like most downtown areas in terms of safety and cleanliness.

Went down to the hotel restaurant and bar with my wife and daughter and had a great conversation with Roy who is the Director of hotel services, but was filling in as bartender that night. We ordered wings and a couple of drinks, and had a great time thanks to Roy. Wings were awesome as well.
