Great staff, very helpful. Knew us after first day. Would definitely stay there again. Spa facilities were not the same quality as the rest of the hotel. Small, no lockers or changing rooms.

Wonderful Hotel

I've been to London several times but left this time wanting to come back. This hotel is simply beautiful and the staff is extraordinary. Steven the doorman is so much more!! He is like a concierge etc etc. Incredibly helpful to us. All the staff member are great. Beautiful quintessential British hotel in a lovely area. Walk to Harrods, stroll through Hyde park and much much more
