Location was good Service was very poor room was very dated stove top not covered no utensils door damaged repaired poorly front staff not friendly and was not knowledgeable this was the worst I have ever experienced with Choice Hotels and the first time I felt the need to complain

No breakfast!! Loud guests, dirty property, dirty room and lots of cockroaches on our room. And refused a refund for the 2 days left because we had to leave. Room was gross!!

Absolutely disgusting hotel I’ve ever been in! Nasty rooms with cigarettes holes all over the sheets and cigarette smoke all over the room walls. Crack heads hanging outside the rooms and broken glass all over place. We had our dog and couldn’t take him out to pee due to the broken glass. Crazy lady banging on each door to see if there’s an empty room to do her drugs and someone smoking weed right outside there room! And the office charged my credit card twice for $252.06 when the room was supposed to be only $126.00 and when I called the owner to confront him he was rude and disrespectful and didn’t want to give me my refund for charging my credit card twice.

Worse stay ever

Staff member was very ruin and disrespectful. Room was filthy and had roaches everywhere. I talked to front desk and was told this is Florida get used to it. When asked for a different room was laughed at, wasn't given refund or even a discount, i didn't even stay left to stay at a cleaner and comfy hotel. Worse place I even visited.

Worst hotel,ever- horrible experience

Pros: Nothing.
Cons: Take it off the list.
Got to,room, dirty, doors had been kicked in & repaired, blue paint splattered on dressers, fridge didn't work, stove was nasty dirty, saidmthey had no washcloths and limited us to two hand towels and one bath towel literally. Then pulled covers back, huge bedbugs and then roaches everywhere. I had to videotape the bugs running everywhere before they would consider,refunding my money.,never again

I have never seen a room in such terrible condition, no soft lighting/lamps. No lenses on bare fluorescent tubes. Cracks in walls, ancient cabinets and the smell from cleaning solution to keep the critters away was awful. This honestly looked like a room that an unscrupulous farmer would put migrant workers in.
