The Bella Casa Beach House

This spacious 2100 s.f. pool home is the perfect spot for a fun filled vacation on Boca Ciega Bay. Relax by the large pool (and hot tub!), swim a few laps, watch the dolphins play or enjoy fishing from your private dock (Poles provided!). Fire up the grill and cook your catch on the patio (Grill provided). The sugar white sands of Treasure Island, restaurants and shopping are just a short walk or drive from this great water front getaway.

**please note that while this property does have a water front dock, no boats may be docked / moored without written permission from owner of property. There is a permanent vessel docked at this residence. Guests are not permitted to board this boat. The boat is under video surveillance. This is the ONLY item under surveillance at the home and is limited to the boat only. There is no video surveillance of the pool/spa or home**

**Note pool / spa heat is not possible if ambient air temperature is below 55F.**

**Note the propane for the grill shall be the responsibility of the guest to fill if it runs out between rentals. Local True Value or gas stations can fill**

Fantastic stay!
One of the best rentals we have stayed at in FL. Close to beaches, restaurants and grocery stores. The back pool area was amazing and access to the ocean from the dock was a plus! Communication with the owner was quick and very friendly! Highly recommend and we will be back.

We loved the place! Could use some up dating and a little better lighting in bedrooms and bathrooms. Beautiful pool but not real warm and hot tub was cold. A fire pit would be nice! Our friends have one and the same area so was not sure why this place is not in the zone for a propane one. All in all very nice place😊

Excellent experience at Bella Casa
The location of this property is great, it is just a short drive away from many attractions. The pool and hot tub area are the highlight of the home. We thoroughly enjoyed relaxing by the pool. We also had a great time fishing from the dock that is on the property. This home was very clean and neat and had most everything that we needed during our stay. We look forward to coming back and staying in the future.

Wonderful house in a wonderful location
We had a delightful stay. The pool is beautiful and our kids loved playing in it. (Note there are tons of pool toys along the side of the house, which took us a few days to discover.) The house is just a few minutes away by car from a lovely beach. Overall, it’s a great location for a family getaway.

Beautiful Bella Casa
This was our 5th stay at Bella Casa and we absolutely love the peace and quiet along with the marvelous wildlife . The property suits all our needs, the pool and jacuzzi are wonderful. Hopefully be back in 2023 .

Great backyard
This house is exactly what you see in the listing. The inside is dated and could use some updates however the location is great and the neighborhood is very nice. Pool and hot tub are amazing. Spent all of our time there and our kiddos loved it!! Walk to a small park, little longer walk to the beach. Perfect for a bike ride.

Great Getaway
This property was perfect for my family with 3 younger children (7, 4, 4). The kids used the pool all day long despite the chilly temps the week we were there and the hot tub was perfect for us. The property was safe, clean, and comfortable. I’ve already recommended this to a few friends and family members.😃
