Welcome to The Trinidad at Lake Mallard! Enjoy a LAKEFRONT, POOL home in beautiful Clearwater, Florida -- just 8 mi from Clearwater Beach & 2 miles from darling Dunedin, where you’ll enjoy many local shops, craft breweries, eateries & ice cream shops. Fully renovated home offers a super open floor plan so everyone can enjoy each other’s company without feeling cramped. Nearly every area of the home offers tranquil lake & pool views. Located a short drive to 2 international airports – TPA & PIE.

Our home is open and airy feeling, yet well defined. We chose a tranquil blue for throughout the home with touches of green and coral. In addition to the main living room with 65” Roku TV, we offer a cozy 4-seat living room space right next to the pool. Adjacent to that is a huge dining room that seats up to 10 guests! Next is the open kitchen with island with seating for two. All of these spaces have views of the pool and lake.

No check-out tasks for guests!!! :-) Just have fun.

NOTE: The pool is unheated. Most of the year it is heated quite well by the sun alone. But of course we cannot guarantee temperature in the winter months.

Lovely living space. Pleasant views of the pool and lake beyond. Excellent storage for personal items in bedrooms and bathrooms. Would have liked an area for eating outside- only one chair at the outdoor table.. Kitchen was sorely lacking in larger bowls or trays for serving.

Well done rental home!
This is a lovely rental home! We had great family times! The spacious, clean and well designed indoors, the lake views, the many ducks, the location, and the pool were all perfect for a family reunion. As a VRBO, everything worked, no surprises, even well stocked towels for the pool. Daisy responded immediately to my questions and check-in was easy. A few suggestions, larger trash bin in the kitchen and a colander for the kitchen. Thank you!

Relaxing and cozy!
My husband and I and our three boys stayed for five days on vacation at the wonderful lake front home. It was clean and cozy, with plenty of room for all of us, the pool was a great addition which my kids really loved. The beach was a short drive away. We had a wonderfull time at this home and will definitely return!
