Our family stayed at this property so that we would have quick and easy access to our daughter who was having surgery at the Children’s Hospital. It was super convenient. We were able to walk from one side of the hotel, through an indoor atrium, and directly to the Children’s Hospital, all while never having to walk outside. After we were released, we were able to get to our car from the hotel garage parking using the atrium walkway; my daughter was able to use a wheelchair all the way to our car. We literally never had to move our car, which made this less stressful for our family. I hate traveling and don’t often due to the fear of getting into a dirty hotel and of course, BB are always a worry. However, this hotel was super clean. Our room was great, nice and cold. Staff was helpful and super friendly. The room had been updated, all except for the bathtub, which was pretty used and worn, but we dealt with that. There is also an Applebee’s inside the hotel, so this made dinner easy! Breakfast I guess usually has more options, like a walkthrough type setup, but due to the hotel being under construction, which we were never told about, they were only offering warm sandwiches. Oh yes, and not a single Diet Coke or Diet Dr. Pepper in the slim offering gift shop- no vending machines either; this made for a rough morning. Water was nearly $2.50 a bottle, which I thought was crazy, but this is the petty stuff, overall. We would most defiantly stay here again!!!!
