Nothing worked in the room No shower, no heat and no phone then gave us another room and the shower didn’t work there either No maintenance person on duty

No staff at the registration or check in desk to get us checked in for an hour. Finally had to call the owner to get staff back at the desk to check in the guest. Very disappointed, with service. No microwave in room.

Friendly staff

Quality Inn - Florissant

Cons: Card keys were balky.
Very nice, moderately priced motel close to the freeway and to my grandchildren.

only one problem

Pros: Nice for the price except for cold air blowing into room
Location: stayed 1 night as it was on our way to Branson, MO
cold air flooded into the room underneath the a/c. Had to keep heat up high as it was a cold night.
