When we arrived, we were greeted by a soft spoken man. We went into our room and just went to the beds from a long day of travel. After getting up, we realized there were ants everywhere, toothpaste and spit in the sink from a previous guest, the floors hadn’t been mopped - there were coffee stains on the tile with ants around the spots. There were other larger bugs in the room that we killed. When we spoke to the front desk, he said our room was a layover room and they probably hadn’t gotten to cleaning it fully yet. We asked to be put into a clean room, he said that the entire hotel is booked and there are no other rooms. My husband had to clean the sink and we were so grossed out by the experience we will never stay in a La Quinta again. Pay twenty extra dollars and stay in a nicer hotel.

The room was nice and it appeared to be clean. The bathroom was so small that the bathroom door is just in the way. Breakfast wasn't much to write home about. All in all, the place served its purpose and was a good price.

There was pet hair on both the beds. Got a new room but, Sheets/blankets obviously not changed between customers. The beds were hard as a rock with lumps. Hot water was not working. It would flash between warm and ice cold every 5-10 seconds. The mini fridge did not work. I was instructed to park around back. The second night I was there, a car was broken into in the back. No cameras there of course. The back door also didn’t always shut completely. You have to pull it and then check it to make sure it latched. Staff was courteous but hotel is obviously poorly managed and maintained.

Thank you for your feedback. I do apologize for the lack of housekeeping attention in your original room. We would like to find out more about your room so we can fix the issues in the room with the water as well as mini fridge. Also, we want to identify the housekeeper to ensure that this does not happen again. While we did have a car break-in, the person was caught by the police at the gas station next door and was prosecuted. We have also found that most of smoking guests put a small rock at the bottom of the doors to prevent the door from latching so they can reenter easy. The staff is constantly removing rocks. We would love to hear more from you. Thank you again for your feedback.

Everything was very good. There is some age to the facility but it was nicely decorated and average cleanliness. For the price, we were happy.
