The room was not clean and in spots was in a state of disrepair, including torn sofa cushions, non-working refrigerator, closet door missing, and carpet ripped in sections.

I have stayed at this particular hotel in the past. The quality of the rooms has subtly degraded since the last visit. Paint, wallpaper, carpeting were inn poor condition. On the other hand, the staff was friendly and helpful.

Outside doors didn’t worked, lights flickered, smashed cockroach on the wall that was left, stains on walls, drawers not cleaned, dried blood and white substance on blankets and sheet that were obviously not washed, attendant refused a new room, a refund and new sheets. Had to sleep without a blanket or sheets. Never in my life will be back.

The Dump

The lobby area was beautiful however the rooms all smelled when you walked in. I thought it was because it had been closed up but every time we came in it smelled. The tub drains extremely slow so we had to take a shower with dirty water up to our ankles. They housekeeping department was the Worse. They didn't want to give us tissue, or towels. The front desk lady the night I checked in was rude and rascit I handed her my card and she slip it back on the desk. I told her not to worry I've been this color my whole life and never have I given anybody a color change. My over all experience was horrible o will never ever stay at this hotel nor will I recommend it to a dog or any human for that matter. Travelocity y'all need to check these places out before putting y'all name on it. I won't be using travelocity ever again this is the second time the hotel was garbage. Both hotels make you think they are used for people actually living in them or some sort of illegal activity.

Very disappointing

Location: The place is about a quarter mile away, but pay the money to stay there.
Hotel upon arrival in lobby was very pleasant, but after getting to room and finding the following: microwave full of rust and dirty inside, locks on front door didn't work, sliding glass door broken, fridge didn't work,horrible musty smell in room, and phone was there but was not operable; I let front desk know and was given a different room. The next room smelled better and was cleaner and the locks worked. At breakfast was a printed sign stating only allowing one serving, couldn't go back and get extra. Now normally I would understand but there was no variety or selection of breakfast food. I only ate there once and it was "ok". Cleaning service would not go away, I asked for new towels and coffee, they came in anyhow and tried to clean after I said I didn't need it. Very rude. The next morning it was a "knock and walk", from cleaning crew, thank goodness the bolt was locked on door. Again rude. I'm very dissatisfied with this hotel and will return. Horrible was experience at this hotel. Next time I'll spend a it more, I guess I got what I paid for. Hotel website description and pictures are not what you get. Poor quality is all over this hotel.

Pretty nice hotel

Spent lots of time looking for a good price with decent stars. This hotel was very nice on the outside, and pretty nice on inside. The room could have been a little cleaner, but was ok. The only complaint we had was toilet paper was almost gone and had to go get more from desk ourselves. Other than that had good experience and would recommend. Why are hotels so expensive though? Prices were ridiculous.
