Wish I Had Made a Better Choice

Pros: The staff was very friendly.
Cons: EVERYTHING!
Location: There is nothing close by unless you take a taxi.
I did write to complain about my stay while at the facility, I will go ahead and say that again that my stay was not a good one. My trip was one I definitely needed and was not anticipating going through a horrible stay. The price that was listed was to good to be true and after my stay the first night I basically wanted to leave. Unfortunately, the facility that I wanted to reside in while in Trinidad was booked. I was expecting something better in terms of the location and the pictures I had seen mad it looked even better. To some it up, I didn't feel relaxed at all. I could not wait for my stay to end.

Flea Bag Motel! Don't stay here!

Pros: The Shuttle driver who was very nice and on time to pick us up!
Cons: Everything needs to be improved! Travelocity should not be promoting this hotel on their website! at $85US per night, it is a total rip-off!!!
Location: There was nothing to do nearby without transportation! Only stayed one night and did not bother to sleep! The room was a total flee-bag!!!
The only good thing about this hotel was the shuttle convenience. The driver was on time waiting to pick us up from the airport. The room was small and very dirty! Refused to touch anything in the room for fear of catching some type of disease! Looked like a roach motel!

Nice hotel, friendly service, beaches; one hour

Pros: friendly accommodating, people and service
Cons: room service: towels not changed out, needed to make our request clearer
Location: Close to city, accommodating airport shuttle, beaches; phenomenonal, family oriented ,one hour away, taxi or bus; beautiful zoo and gardens, big mall
Fist time here, uncertain; but then we felt safe secure and protected; friendly, understanding, helpful, good service, pool: wonderful, clean, family oriented; good food

This is hotel is near the airport and the price is very good most of all the rooms are clean.

It was OK

Pros: trincity mall was close
Cons: Poor breakfast
I stayed here only because it was close to airport and the most reasonable one I could of find online. I gave it 'fair' because I could of gotten more for that money in US. The Staff was Friendly #the Guy# but the food wasnt..

Do not stay here.

My friend and I had an overnight layover in Trinidad and booked this hotel. We were in our room for 5 minutes before we asked them to take us back to the airport. The whole place was terrible, but the worst was that there were bugs crawling all over the beds. We ended up staying up all night in the airport because this hotel was so gross.
