Great end condo in popular Schooner Bay- 1300 sq ft - Easy access to anywhere - walk to the harbor, the beach or the town of Christiansted, the fort - full AC, fully furnished & washer/dryer in condo. Two pools and two tennis courts on property. No smoking or pets
Walk to the pier(boardwalk) for numerous restaurants, bars and shops. Walk to town for the post office, bank, hardware store or other places of interest. Very relaxful island that is only 23 miles wide.

Great vacation. Dated property.
Tile floors left everyone’s feet dirty, real dirty. Needs a better “clean water” mopping after sweeping. Looked clean, but wasn’t. Small complaint but very obvious.

Great, affordable place!
This property was clean, accommodating and had nice views! It was perfect for our party and the affordability was excellent. Steve was easy to reach and helpful! No issues and would definitely recommend this place!

Schooner Bay Condominiums
Nice complex of condominiums. The pool area was great and well maintained. The condominium association should look into doing something to keep the feral chickens away from the property; they are a nuisance.

Serenity at its best
We were very pleased overall with our stay. I was seeking a sorounding for my wife to be able to exhale. The view from the master bedroom every morning was a wake-up in a true paradaisical dream. I would have liked for a few of the tree branches to be cut away allowing for a wider panoramic, but my wife was not bothered by it at all. This unit has caused me to gain maximum spousal brownie points and my "honey-do list" is back to zero, until?😇

Well equipped, clean condo
Our family enjoyed our stay at this condo while our condo on island was being renovated. Right in Christiansted so close to everything. Nearby evening construction caused noise but that can’t be helped. The kitchen had everything we needed and the owner was accessible. Fresh paint and updated furniture was a surprising perk, hard to find on island. Great place!!

Totally positive customer experience
Communications are key and Steve goes above and beyond when booking and staying at the condo. Location is off the main road and the overlooks from the pools are fantastic. Easy access to Christensted and the wonderful boardwalk area. Nice accommodations with a full patio and would definitely book a future stay here.

This was my first time staying at a "vacation rental by owner" and since I was relocating to St. Croix, my foundation was very important. This started with securing a space for a few weeks, I wanted a safe, homey space where I could walk, be close to town "Christiansted" and start my search for a long term rental. Before I booked the condo... the owner "Steve" and I started communicating while I was in NYC almost (2) weeks out to my travel dates to St Croix and since this was my first time ever!!! I had lots of questions. Steve had a very quick responds time, he was very accommodating, answering all my questions. After booking the condo and during my stay, Steve continued to keep the lines of communication open. There were a few "hiccups" very minor, however, Steve was on it. Even though Steve wasn't on the Island. He acted as an "Ambassador" letting me know about - best practices of Island life and giving great recommendations, restaurants, beaches, rental car info, and grocery stores. All in All this was a great first time experience staying at a "vacation rental by owner". The property was as advertised, I felt very comfortable.... I wanted to stay longer. Steve and I had a few great conversations and we realized, we have a few things in common. Steve is a great host. Thanks for making it a memorable experience.
