Friendly pleasant hotel close to Bradley Intl Airp

Pros: Restaurant serves tasty varied menu.
Nice clean updated Holiday Inn. Very comfy bed made sleeping very easy.

convenient for us

Pros: pool, restaurant on site
Cons: shampoo carpets, more detail in cleaning, bathrooms especially
Location: wary close to Six flags, Basketball hall of fame
I'm willing to spend more $ for more comfortable stay. I did searched other accommodations in area, and from past I know than Holiday Inn is best choice.

Very good hotel

Pros: Front desk staff
Cons: An elevator at the end of the hall would make the back parking more useful. The front parking is to steep for handicapped in wheel chairs
Location: Just there for a weding
Very nice Holiday Inn. The front desk staff was super responding to a flickering light problem. They even helped me find a tie. The room had a few minor glitches, nothing that would keep me from recommending it to a friend.

Very disappointed - won't stay here ever again.

Pros: Free Internet, Quiet
Cons: Nothing close, Poor breakfast, condition, no hot water in shower, bad restaurant, elevator not working, hot tub smelled, tv poor service
Very disappointed in the quality. Where to begin . . . no hot shower one morning, elevators functioned badly, quickly closing on guests, lurching, only 1 working at times & none for a while. We & many other guests had to carry our luggage down the stairs. The hotel restaurant food was terrible even for a hotel restaurant. How hard is it to make a burger or turkey club? Both were bad with burnt bacon. I forbid my daughter to get in the hot tub because it smelled. TV had very limited channels with no guide. Overall, condition was poor. Front desk quick to excuse lack of hot water. What can be more important after a good nights!!!

I would stay here again.

Pros: Free Internet, Quiet
Cons: no free breakfast
The front desk was a little slow to start, but the woman who helped me was wonderful. She gave me a map of the area so I could easily find my destination and was more than helpful when I made a few requests. The room was clean and comfortable and even had a fridge and microwave. Our stay was great!

Loved the Bed!

I loved the 10 layer bed. I had the best nights sleep that I can remember. They have a bag of items that are for helping a traveler sleep. I would definitely stay again! Easy to find and close to the Highway 91.

Disappointed

Started off with the promise of a crib after reserving one months ahead and then again a few days before arrival. Never got one and had to go out and by a playpen. They offered to put my 12 months old on a crib mattress on the floor! We only tried breakfast there and it was HORRIBLE!!! Microwaved sausage and the likes. The staff were RUDE and couldn't be bothered! DO NOT USE A DEBIT CARD. I was charged for an extra night and they held over $900. for a weekend stay.

Comfortable, convenient, classy & caring

When we first arrived, two wedding parties were being checked in and the line was almost out the door. Within minutes, we were in our room - front desk gals were very fast, friendly & efficient. Room was clean, beds were extremely comfy and pool & hot tub kept the kids busy all evening. Only complaint was not enough electrical outlets for AC adapters and when I did find them on the lamps, of all places, we were on our way out. I also would have liked a DVD player. Since one of the grandsons was on antibiotics that needed refrigeration, a small fridge would have been handy for the meds and water bottles rather than having to constantly fill the bucket w/ice. Continenntal breakfast was also pretty pricey - most finer establishments include that in their price. But we would definitely go back there again. Very pleased with everything and would recommend to anyone. Definitely a 4.5 star!!

Enfield Crowne

No Fridge, No DVD w/ DVD to play, No Clock, No radio, No One in Bar knew how to make a MaiTai. Overpriced and Overrated - Not what I would expect for a Crowne Plaza.
