Requested early arrival at 1 PM in a DESERTED Hotel. told, There would be a $35.00 Charge. Doesn't make MARKETING Sense. If Room is ready, Why not ? In our past experience, This was seldom a problem. Will not be booking rooms at Quality Inns. Sorry ,But you Asked.

The new girl at the desk had a line of people, ringing phones. Apparently the manager was there but not of any assistance. Our room was wrong. The second room Keys didn’t work. We had 1 sheet and 1 pillow case. The sofa pullout mattress was disgusting and in poor repair. It was noisy all night. Breakfast was a nice benefit but it was busy and messy. Overall one of the worst stays:

Our room had a horrible smell and there were two roaches in the bathroom. We checked out two days early and got a room somewhere else. This place used to be OK, but it’s really gone down. I do NOT recommend this place at all! YUCK!
