room was dirty and we had to get maintenance to turn on the heat. also, the "package" deal with Dollar (in Detroit) was a joke. 20 people waiting in line for 1 rep. so we left and went to Hertz. Won't book with Dollar again.

Property is well kept and ultra modern- what I didn’t like was having to pay for parking ( never had to before) and park in the parking ramp which was under repair and inconvenient to get to the hotel- the walk way to the garage was great but no signs telling where it was( second floor) !

Property had NO HEAT and i was told i would be refunded $60 on a $370 room!!!! I left n was refunded full amount, Hotel was run down and not to my standards!

Property was clean, breakfast and the staff was excellent. Easy access to the parking garage via skywalk. Only negative was the fire alarm system went off and all had to evacuate. Turned out to be false alarm. As far as I know the evacuation of the building went smoothly. Good practice so really not a negative. Nice place to stay!
