My room was on the second floor. The noise from the patio outside went on until 11 p.m. I had to turn on my bathroom fan and TV in an attempt to drown it out. Needless to say, I didn't get much sleep. The shower head wasn't attached correctly, causing the water to stream outside into the bathroom, making a mess. The desk person did not appear interested in whether I enjoyed my stay when I left. I won't go back.

Staff were friendly. Shower had weird leak which caused water to shoot out into the bathroom when turned on. Because I was on the second floor, I was able to hear the loud noise from people on the patio outside. From my room, I could look into other rooms and they could look into mine. No one asked me how my stay was when I checked out.

Overall stay was great. Staff very helpful and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay. Received the rest that was needed. Restaurant in the hotel was awesome!!

It’s too bad because it was a nice hotel but was very loud and wild. Slamming doors, loud people in our section and out in the parking lot until 1:30am. I called around 1:00am to ask for help settling the guests down but they said the fire department and security were dealing with other incidents. It was out of control and we didn’t feel safe. We tried to give feedback this morning but all they said was it was a wedding. Guess there are plenty of other places to go next time.

The property will be renovating from April 19 2024 to April 30 2024 (completion date subject to change). The following areas are affected:
