We have stayed here several times. Convenient location for those not spending time on the Strip. Bedding is very comfortable. The furniture, decor, and fixtures in rooms are quite dated. The furniture and fixtures show additional wear and tear across stays. Recent price increase with no updates in rooms makes our choice of this hotel in the future less likely.

Great hotel for families!
Rooms were clean, well-appointed, and updated. The hotel had all the necessities and staff was friendly. Pool was clean, not busy, and great for a family-friendly pool day. Asked for late checkout and the staff was very accommodating and even allowed paid options for even later than we expected. Only complaint with the room was that there was no dedicated exhaust fan (just a centralized vent that allowed us to hear conversations happening in the bathroom below us). Breakfast area was clean and continuously stocked, but limited in variety. A really nice option for staying in Vegas if you want a "traditional" hotel that isn't part of a casino

The Best Western Plus West was in a good location for shopping, food and not too far from the Strip. The room was fairly clean with a complete of little issues but they didn't affect the stay or comfort.
