Bad experience

Room was not as cleaned. Sheets and blankets had bad ofor like they didn't get changed. Will not return. We left to go another hotel.

beautiful hotel scenery view of South Chicago

Pros: I enjoyed the view and the private room at the end of the hallway, as well as them accommodating my needs
Cons: nothing
Location: The location was perfect and I was able to get on the expressway and travel, and the parking was perfect for me coming and going for business.
The Hyatt Regency McCormick Place was a good experience while visiting Chicago, and I was happy the parking was attached to the hotel allowing me to come and go as needed. I will be revisiting this hotel for future business and personal trips to Chicago very practical, and accommodating for whatever my needs were with no hesitation and speedy results.

Way to exspencive for what it is.

Pros: location
Cons: lower cost and free parking
Location: shed and northerly island
The hotel cost me over $1000 fo two day. I could stay in Milwaukee for a week for that much cash. I got a sweet with a lovely parking garage as my view. For was crap and 3 times the price. Next year I'm gonna go to Air B and B screw this place. No free parking , no free wifi !!!!!! Sad

A decent place, but not walking distance to much

The hotel was pretty nice but our room was dirty. Greasy makeup finger and hand prints on mirror and door handles, dust and grim all over everything. Just seemed like it had never had a deep cleaning ever. Pool is small, but fitness center and deck were nice. "Cooler" in the rooms which was perfect for beverages. Nothing really within walking distance so spent a lot on Uber/Lyft. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Not met expectations

Quality of the room doesn't feel like staying in a Hyatt hotel. Disappointed with the swimming pool.

Go elsewhere!!

This room should not have been described as a suite: it was tiny. There was no soundproofing for the bathroom so there was no privacy. The sheets and duvet had mascara and bloodstains on them and the front desk attendant didn't seem too concerned when I brought it to their attention. Housekeeping seemed to have a vendetta against their trashcan because they would slam it around in the hallway early in the morning. The price of the room didn't seem to include any amenities as there seemed to be an exorbitant charge for everything here. $21.00 for a standard continental breakfast buffet for one person is ridiculous.
