Honestly had the best experience here. My girlfriend and I had no problems with keeping our dog here. The manager sandip was so nice and very easy to work with. The night staff was very nice to us and answered all our questions. The only problem we had was the key cards but there has always been someone available to help rest the cards for us at all times. Would definitely recommend❤️

This place had bugs all over the room. On the windows, sink, desk, bed. The bathroom door was broken and had a hole in it. It could not open or close,the metal panel to protect the wires in the wall was torn off. Zero stars

Door to bathroom broken and hanging, dead roaches on the wall, dirt smugges on walls, door would not lock properly. People screaming during the night. Avoid at all costs!!!

This property was chosen over another nicer place because of the good reviews. It was not a good decision. We arrived and the place looked run down and lots of smokers outside. We entered and were not greeted with a smile but rather and unhappy and unpleasant front desk clerk who was clearly bothered we had arrived. The whole check in process was cold and unwelcoming. next we get to our room and try to use the batroom to find that the pocket sliding door only shut a quarter of the way and then we had to lift it off the track to get it to even close most of the way. the room was so small it was hard to walk around each other of find a place to put our luggage. When I asked about getting the door fixed i was treated like i was not smart enough to work a door ( told emphatically that it "should work"). Next we went swimming which you have to leave the main building to get to, when my son tried to go back to our room the door to get back in the building was stuck and wouldnt open. We had to call the very unfriendly front desk person ( lucky i had my phone on me) to come open it for us, i was again told there wasnt a problem with the door so i made her stand there while i shut it and was again locked out. The pool was freezing but that is what it is. the next morning at breakfast we were had several of the housekeeping staff in with us eating which wasnst a problem until on started jamming out on her phone with very loud music next the room door wouldnt not open.....
