I rate this place 3 out of 10. Hortencia at the front desk was extremely kind and patient. We checked in on Christmas Day only to be told that we did not pay for the “all inclusive”. However, I specifically searched for all inclusive hotels which is how we came about in choosing this resort. The family and I had been traveling since 2am, so we were extremely tired and hungry checked in about 3-4pm. Hortencia tried calling Travelocity but no one answered so we ended up paying for “all inclusive” yet again. Reason I’m rating this hotel so poorly is because of room issues. 1. The phone did not work, it took 3 x of us complaining before it got fixed. The first time we complained they sent someone, he came and said they would need to replace the phone and never came back. 2. The bathroom fan did not work, there was a leak under the sink that soaked a bunch of our toiletries. We had to put towels down to try and catch some of the water that seemed to slowly pour out from under the sink and between the wall, but not sure exact location but towels were extremely soaked by the am - the leak never got fixed. 3. Two out of the 6 days we stayed at this hotel towels had blood stains, we complained they brought new ones - also, we were a family of 4 and sometimes we would only have 3 sets of towels, so having to call for an extra set was extremely annoying. Oh, the pool area. Towels were sometimes hard to come by. There never seemed to be enough chairs for everyone but we made it work.

It was a great location and perfect for our family. We rented a car so we weee able to take off and check out other areas without paying for expensive taxis. The room was Fantastic and the pool was great too. Our girls loved it. The beach area and the whole resort in general is kept so clean! Things seem very well organized there. The food was good too! It was a bonus having the kitchen in our room and the washer and dryer. We had the one bedroom suite. Everything was perfect!!

In the pool have a taco and sushi bar Laura che help up 100 of her service I recomend her and in front desk is Rafael and Halejandro and Humverto . I recomend to go there is all you need to expend cuality time

we liked that the room overlooked the pool and ocean. It was comfortable and clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The location was excellent.The beach was beautiful. There were plenty of activities. And the food was excellent.

The hotel was clean, had various food options, and the staff was bilingual and courteous. I would go to this hotel again simply for budget. I will note 3 things that did not make this trip better than other Mexico trips I’ve had. 1) They did renovations in the room next to ours on our last night. They were incredibly loud, not only the construction, but their music. We were trying to relax and take a nap, but it was so loud and our room began smelling overwhelmingly like paint. While lying in bed, my husband went to hang something in the patio and there was a man in the neighboring patio painting the roof and could see completely in my room. What if I hadn’t been dressed? We went downstairs to request a new room, which they gave, but it was incredibly annoying considering it was our last night stay. Why not put us in a different room in the first place, or hold off construction til the next day? I ended up losing a small piece of jewelry in the move. Our second room had a leak in the roof which we noticed during the rain. 2) We weren’t told which restaurants were open on specific days. As a result, we didn’t get to try all the restaurants because they weren’t open on the days we planned to. 3) Lastly, the timeshare approach. Our rep was nice, but after 6 hours on a plane, a few more hours at the airport, driving, and checking in, the last thing I want is someone to sell something to me. I just want to relax.
