I was able to checin as soon as we arrived and the staff are extremely helpful and wonderful. I would definitely stay here again and its literally right outside Petco Park.

Water came out of shower drain and flooded bathroom. Carpet stained and dirty. Poor conditions.

Very convenient location in Gaslamp district. Easy valet access ($55 overnight fee). Easy check-in with elevators close-by. Rooms were very clean and TV has QR code for hotel services for easy access. Coffee and Tea service in a nice box on table alongside a coffee maker which was a nice surprise. Seems like rates do lower as it gets closer to your travel date. I noticed mine did, at least $40 less than what I reserved at. I couldn’t take a chance on my travel date and location of this hotel so I just had to commit BUT I’m very pleased with this hotel. I will return.
