I came into the room to see a light fixture hanging from the ceiling in the bathroom and Sheetrock on the floors. In the morning all of the complimentary coffee and tea was decaf. We stay at the Hilton Garden Inn because the beds are usually comfortable. The bed was very uncomfortable. I was charged an incidental fee and still don’t know why.

I hate giving bad reviews to a hotel that's clean, quiet, and safe, but this stands out as a first. We stayed 2 nights almost a week ago, and it was a sign of things to come when the front desk checked us in to a room that was occupied. My husband went back down, got a different room assigned. The next day we discovered they had us registered under my husband's ex-wife's name and Honors number. They said after that it was fixed, but said we hadn't booked via Travelocity. All this after I'd given both my ID and Travelocity booking number! Now, we've been charged on two different cards almost twice the amount shown on my booking. Stay somewhere else. There are many other fine hotels in the area.

Everything was excellent EXCEPT for one thing. When we walked to the Lobby the next morning, we went to the front desk and checked out and I said "Oh, I didn't realize we got breakfast." The Front Desk clerk said yes, until 1030 (it was 1000). So we sat down to eat, then was given a bill of $20. NOT RIGHT! We assumed it was free, as well as another lady that came in after us. We advised the Front Desk clerk that it was not fair not to tell us this, we would have gone to Crackle Barrel across the street if we would have known we would have to pay for the "leftovers" that was still out. She did not seem to care.
