Comfy bed, attractive room, but should be cleaner

Very nice check - in, pleasant desk staff. Pros: close to Medtronic; attractive and spacious room; toiletries (shampoo, condioner, bar soap, hair dryer); extras ( coffee maker, ice bucket, tea bags, HD tv, bottled water available ( 1 bottle for $3.50, though), Bottles of wine in room for purchase; gym and pool; breakfast free to Medtronic employees; it's possible to get a room with a view, ( but mine was a view of the parking lot); very comfy and clean bed with 4 nice pillows and enough covers; opening the window is possible for a bit of fresh air. Central air conditioning. Cons: after walking on the carpet briefly, the soles of my feet were black - not kidding. Wet washcloth left in closet. You can hear everything in the hallway outside your room and it's loud. Room across from me had 2 barking chihuahuas. No mini-fridge, no iron or ironing board, no microwave. Movies cost almost 6 dollars, no free movie channels except Showtime which was showing no movies, ugh. Bathroom was neat but not clean, hairs on walls and on floor, weird tiny splatter stains on bathroom wall, bathtub was stained and gray on "no-slip" areas (I know those are hard to clean, but a brush usually works!); Fairly comprehensive guide to services and amenities is in the room, and has a small paragraph about room service, but no menu to be found. I called after check-out to comment on some unpleasant aspects of my stay and the hotel desk staff were very kind in listening to me.

Hidden gem with only a few non-perfect traits

Pros: The room.
Cons: Restaurant menu and service.
Location: Close to 101 but far from anything else.
This was an unexpected find through Travelocity. Totally worth the cost with the Travelocity discount. Very nice complex but rather far from anything (e.g., downtown Santa Rosa, a convenience store, restaurant options). The room was excellent. The restaurant was only so-so and the service, especially from the breakfast and dinner hostesses, was remarkably poor each time I ate there. It's a large complex and I had to drive back and forth from my room to the lobby several times. If one is having lots of meetings in the lobby, one should ask for a closer room.

The worse hotel I have ever been in!

Pros: NOTHING
Cons: EVERYTHING
Location: AWFUL AND DRIVING THROUGH WAS NOT NICE......
We checked in and the young lady gave us our key, we took every thing up to the room and the room was ok except the awful fish smell and we opened the refrigerator and the smell was over whelming. My son felt nacious. I would have checked immediatly, but we had a family function to get to. The hotel said they didnt have any more rooms to switch to, so we just stayed the night. Not only the bad smell is a turn off, but the area is not good, and the outside of the hotel is FILTHY. The continenal breakfast is a JOKE.

One night friendly

Bed and pillows a bit soft but overall a nice hidden place to stay. In the land if 2-night minimum stays, this business hotel fits the bill for one night at a decent rate. Nice wine and cheese happy hour but the wines should be better for this area.

Thin walls - lots of noise!

Pros: The location was convenient.
My husband and I spent one very long night at the Hilton Sonoma. The walls are so thin that we could hear everything in the rooms next to us. Of course the guests next door were up all night. When I called the front desk to complain the hotel representative was not very understanding and wanted to know why we did not call sooner. When we told the clerk at check-out about our experience we were met with indifference.

Awesome hotel

We had a great stay!!! The staff was awesome. Our room was very spacious and comfortable. It was our first trip with our infant. She too was very comfortable. The grounds are beautiful. We were there during an event, no issue with noise!

Perfect place to stay.

Pros: Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet, beautiful surroundings
Enjoyed excellent food and wine in Nectars Restaurant on site. The scenery was beautiful, and the staff was attentive. The room was comfortably sized and the the bed was comfy. This was the perfect location for seeing many wineries in the surrounding wine country. Would highly recommend.

We had some housekeeping issues, but we liked the location and once we told the hotel of the dead fly etc, they quickly repaired the issues.

Pros: freeway access
Cons: No free Internet, Poor breakfast
The room was ready and had the Hilton Honor special request, but the bathtub needed more cleaning and there was a dead fly on the windowsill... I chose not to look further!!!! The hotel did some upgrades when we were there and the room we were in lost the tv. They had to move us to fix this. Staff was very helpful!!! EXCEPT when we asked for more towels. They were never delivered and housekeeping was in the next room!!! Too much to ask for.
