The attendant at the front desk was nice however, he spoke so fast I had to ask him to repeat himself several times. The key card to our room did not work and when we went back downstairs to tell him, he rekeyed the card but it still did not work. We went downstairs again to tell him and he had Diego (hotel caretaker) to try it and it was discovered that the key lock itself was malfunctioning. We were then given another room. The room was fine but did not have two complete sets of towels and we went down stairs again and were given the missing towels. We were also missing an ice bucket and were told by the front desk attendant that they were out of them. Diego came up about 20 minutes later and brought us one. The area next to one side of the bed was damp and when I bent down to check, I found wet noodles under the bed next to the night table. We were told that there was no elevator and it was difficult to bring up our heavy bags.

There was pee on the side of the tub next to the floor rug. The floors we dirty. Headboard had grime and finger/ hand prints. The tv was showing snow. The hotel smelled like cigarettes and weed.The stay was also during a heatwave and the air conditioning in the room did not work as well as in my children’s 2 room disgusting and hair in the tubs. Nothing was cleaned I actually slept in the parking lot in my car. I couldn’t cancel because I still would have been charged for the room.
