Didnt like that my reservation was altered an eventually canceled, my room was given to another costmer without me being informed so i had to inconvenience my friend and stay in there room

Kept hearing banging above my room early in the morning, like I was below the laundry room. Found a bug in my bed, thought it maybe a bed bug, but only saw one and told night manager about it. He assured me they are checked bed bugs and have not had any. I believed him since I only saw one and I googled bed bug signs, checked and I didn't see any of the signs.

They didn’t have the room I reserved but they upgraded me to a larger room with no extra fee.

Very clean and friendly hotel

Our hotel room was very clean and tidy. The staff was very friendly. We will stay there from now on when going to ottawa (my family lives in that area)

Great staff

Pros: Congenial staff
Cons: The hot tub was oddly foamy. And the fruit at breakfast was my only wish for something slightly better.
When I arrived, a friend had left a book for me at the desk. The staff immediately handed it to me and smiled broadly. She seemed to be always present, to make sure we were checked in, to provide extra towels for the pool and at breakfast the next morning. Great staff and good hotel overall.

Very new, modern hotel.

Pros: Free breakfast, Free Internet, Quiet, new building
The hotel is new with little wear and tear. Very nice rooms with modern amenities. Wifi was free and easy to connect. The staff was helpful and friendly. The only downside I had was the pillows. A bunch of small pillows per bed rather than a lesser number of bigger ones.
