When checking out they surprised me with a charge for “refurbishment” which was really just an extra cost that they didn’t list when reserving. Made me very mad and likely wouldn’t have picked the hotel if I knew it had that extra charge.

Excellent hotel with nicely appointed rooms and amenities. The hotel staff were superb - accommodating, friendly and funny. On the day of check-out we were able to leave our car parked until 4pm so we spent the morning/early afternoon walking around The Art Institute and Millennium Park. Perfect end to our trip!
