Would not stay here again. I actually looked for other availability to rent elsewhere so we could leave. Rented a non smoking room. Room reeks of cigarettes, has a cigarette hole/burn in bed spread. Room is run down and the external deadbolts do not work, lock on window doesn’t work. We could not get the AC to turn off in the room. It’s a loud dark and unfriendly environment. People running up and down halls, arguing ect. You could hear it all night long!! We did not feel safe leaving our room to use the pool. This hotel has two parts one small hotel and an extended stay building all together.

The young man working the desk the night shift on 8 Feb was so helpful on educating the occupants next to our room on acceptable noise levels in the hotel. They & their tv were quite loud into the evening and when we let him know he was right on it. Unfortunately we didn’t get his name, but KUDOS to this employee!!

Finally! I’m on a family trip over 1800 miles from him and this is my third Super 8. I would not even check into the first one it was so run down and unsafe. The second one was not better, but had to stay 2 miserable night in it. I was dreading this one. However, to my surprise this Super 8 is nice! Clean, safe, and comfortable. Thank you.

First room smelled like smoke. We asked for a second room and phone in room did not work and neither did the tv. Went down to desk 4 different times to ask them for assitance and received none. Complained at checkout and was just told sorry.
