A lot of work has to be done many things do not work well and some not at all and overall cleanliness deserves a lot of work

Our room had a terrific view from the balcony; the location to main road was close--one could get away without needing a car. Staff was helpful and friendly. Pool was comfortable and close to beach. Onsite restaurant very good.

I'd stay here again.

Pros: Customer service. Location. Size of the Room. Balcony.
Cons: Sometimes challenging to get the air condition/fan so that it was at just right temperature and not too cold. Liked having the balcony door open.
Nice place. Easy check in process. Great room equipped with full kitchen. Balcony view was enjoyable. Good restaurant in the resort with 2 for 1 happy hour beverages. Pool, beach chairs, easily accessible, near restaurants, transportation and water activities. Staff is cheerful, knowledgeable and helpful.

Nice hotel

Temporary stay until our timeshare was avail. Same elevator from last visit not working. Only Ice machine in spooky basement. scalding shower, either had to take cool shower or you would scald yourself Moving it ever so slightly would give scalding water. Room bright, bed comfortable, new kitchen cabinets and appliances. Good closet space but we duck taped one of the metal supporting posts that the connector had broken off of.
