Nice to see that the hotel was updating their facilities. Especially liked that the working installation staff was quiet and courteous.

My biggest dissapointment with this facility was the length of time it took to get food and drink once the order was placed. There was only one person working the kitchen/drink/food area which included taking the order, making the food/drink, and delivering it. Once we'd ordered our food, it took almost an hour to get it to the table; my drink took 35 minutes. The person doing all the food prep did comp me my salad and last drink because of the wait. This property has got to hire more people to help out with this part of the hotel. The other issue I had was the hotel room was only partially finished by housekeeping. There were no towels, and the pillows still needed pillow case covers. I brought this to the attention of the front desk and they resolved it promptly and comp'd us breakfast. The only problem was that we had to leave the hotel before breakfast was even served. Otherwise property was adequate. Good location to bus stops to the Metro; front desk and waitstaff very nice.

Every staff personnel I came across was friendly, inviting, and helpful. I was actually very impressed with the layout of the bistro, and the breakfast sandwich was INCREDIBLE. The bed was very soft, like a cloud! I was very happy with my experience!
