Nice hotel. I prefer the bacon more well done. I would go with the waffles next time. Room was clean and comfortable.

Too close to the airport. Although I didn’t mind, many of my family members hated hearing airplanes fly over every 10 minutes. Electric work was very poor in my room. Lights flickering terribly in the main room, bathroom lights kept shutting and staying off for long periods of time before flickering back on, just to have it turn off again.

I love the fact that the room came with a microwave, safe lock, and a fridge. Hotels nowadays hardly have a microwave so i thought this was a plus for visitors to have access to. One reason why i rated the staffing part low was because i had requested for a rollaway bed during the booking. When we got to the hotel i told the person at the front desk about it and he said that he will bring us one in 10 min. Time goes by and we haven't received the rollaway bed. So i called the front desk again and another man said he will bring it up. We waited and nothing. So that night we three had to cram into a bed. The staff here needs to be trained again!

Disappointed

Walked in to room to find stains on sheets. Was moved to a different room by countries staff. Was unable to feel comfortable after 1st room experience . With hearing so much though media about bed bugs being so rampant in hotels.

Odd Room Location

Pros: Clean and comfortable
Cons: Eliminate room 125
Location: Airport location
Our stay was very good but the room location was a little odd. We went down the hall looking for our room and ran out of room numbers. Then we realized our room had an outdoor entrance rather than from indoors. It was one of only a couple of rooms in the entire facility with an outdoor entrance. The room was fine, the breakfast was good. The room location lent itself to more parking lot noise than normal, a car alarm, people walking by, an early morning garbage truck. I would stay there again but if I was assigned room 125 I'd ask for a different room or just specify in the reservation no ground floor room.

Great place to stay...

The rooms are beautiful and the beds were comfy. The pool was nice and the continental breakfast was good. I have nothing negative to say about this hotel. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone.

Family trip

Pros: Hot breakfasts, swimming pool and gym. Mini store for necessities. Close freeway access. Comfortable rooms.
Cons: The noise from the planes. Comes with the territory, but they do have double windows, so when you close them its not bad.
Location: Close to Levi stadium, Great america, Santana Row for shopping and eating.
Arrived evening of June 16th, no trouble checking in at all. We were tired from the long drive. Had a room with two queen beds. The rooms were clean and comfortable, Microwave, mini fridge, tv, phone. We were given a room facing the swimming pool which was offered to us since we had kids with us. The hot breakfasts were welcome in the morning and it was great for the kids since we didnt have to leave anywhere for breakfast. The area was convenient for us since we had to do business in Santa Clara, as well as visit Levi Stadium which was great for the kids. We also stopped at the Winchester Mystery House and Santana Row. At the end of the day, the kids went swimming. The beds were made everyday and of course if we needed something we usually ran into the maid in the hallway, so we didnt have a need for anything. My son and his girlfriend had a room with a king size bed. He said he loved it. We would stay again. The only thing are you are near the airport so you will hear the planes. Close the window and turn the air on.
