The front desk staff were great right off the bat. They made me feel welcome and valued. The room was spic and span and the bed and bedding were cushy and comfortable and PERFECT! The bathroom was also spic and span and included all the necessary amenities. Free bottles of water were even in the room and on offer in the lobby. My flight left late at night and the staff allowed me to hang out in the lobby for the few hours before I needed to be at the airport. They also kept my luggage for the entire afternoon after checkout time while I was at my conference nearby. This hotel was well worth the price for me.

Too expensive for what you get

Pros: I liked that our checkout was done for us. They had an envelope hanging on our knob when we left.
Cons: Properly advertise what is included in your rooms. Also, reduce the amount of "working girls" that roam the hotel, inside and out.
Location: My husband and I really enjoyed Pho69. The staff at any establishment we're all friendly. Only drawback is the pungent smell of urine. Everywhere.
First of all, for the price of the room for ONE night, parking should have been included. Check in was quick, but I felt the man helping us was very cold, and blunt, hardly even smiled, compared to the man next to him who was all smiles, and kind. The room was clean, and smelled wonderful because of a hidden air freshener. The smoke alarm was beeping due to a low battery, and maintence replaced it very fast! Our view was sad. We were placed on the second floor, looking out into a square breezeway of some kind, facing the bus station. I couldn't really tell, because most of our view was the top of a dirty roof. Bedding was clean, smelled fresh. There was no minibar like the description stated. Only two water bottles, that I'm sure would be way overpriced. There was a coffee maker, but sadly, no pot to brew! Fridge was clean, and quiet. There are USB ports to charge your gadgets, but they were very slow compared to our regular chargers. Internet was free as stated, you just fill out a survey. It seemed to timeout after a little while, but turning your wifi off/on seemed to fix it, no big deal. After we returned from a concert, there were several "working girls" roaming the property, inside and out, asking for lighters. For such a nice hotel, you'd think they would keep them out... All in all, for what we got and experienced, the room should have been half the price.

Great Location

Pros: Location and convenience to train, shopping and eating!
Location: Elevators are small and were a bit dirty
I was greeted by Tim, who was able to check me in early on Hallowee and give me a quiet room, as I was in town for a hockey Tournament. He was so accommadating and even though tthere was a wonderful party in the hotel Bar/ I never heard any noise and they facility had ample security. Great stay over all!

We felt well taken care of.

Location: It was in the heart of downtown and within easy walking distance of many attractions.
From the front desk to the restaurant, the staff was friendly, efficient and accommodating. The room was comfortable and clean. Check out was super-easy and prices were good.

Small hotel with courteous staff.

Recently stayed 3 nights for Fanime convention with my son and a friend. Although it is a small hotel for the area (I barely found it buried next to the Fairmont!), the room was nice and the staff especially courteous. In particular Carlos in the parking lot was just terrific and helped me every time I went in and out. Thanks, Carlos! The room was smallish but well appointed. I'd stay there again if the price was right. :)

I loved that everything was walking distance from this hotel.

Pros: Free Internet, Quiet
Cons: parking
There were plenty of restaurants to choose from that were walking distance. The bus and railcar station was across the street from the hotel which made it easy to go to the Winchester Mystery Mansion or the mall. The only dislike was that we had to pay for the parking at the hotel and it was $20 per day! The only advatage to parking at the hotels parking lot was that you can go in and out without paying again. If you plan on staying on foot or take advantage of the transit system, I recommend parking at the Safeway parking garage. Its less expensive as long as your not going in and out. $6/12 hrs
