Staff was really nice. Rooms were clean. Close to public transportation. They even left us check on early. They did everything they could to accommodate us in every way possible. Beds were super comfortable. The only issue was there was only 1 of 4 elevators working while we were there. But that was just a a mild inconvenience. Overall the stay was great and we'll definitely be back.

Overpriced

Guests have to pay for parking. The tv didn’t work. Rooms need to be updated and they closed the pool at 9:30 instead of 11.

Working in San Jo again!

Pros: Restaurant and bedsheets
Cons: the price considering it is old
Location: close to the airport
This is a very comfortable place but the nightly rate is just too expensive. It is convenient to the airport. Love the restaurant.

Close to the San Jose Airport

I stayed there about 6 years ago and loved it then and now. However, it appears that some of the furniture is very dated. I was going to be charged $20 per night for a in room refrigerator and thought that was expensive. Parking was expensive. Room service was VERY expensive... But, the room was clean, the towels were wonderful, and the pillows are still calling my name...

Nice hotel in center of activities

Pros: Close to the activities we wanted to do; a 10-minute drive to SAP Center (San Jose Sharks), malls and eateries
Cons: The upstairs could use some major updating. When we stepped out of the elevator, there was a musky smell.
Location: The location was perfect for the things we wanted to see and do. Only issue is that the area is a little unsafe at night.
This hotel was OK, the pictures are a little deceiving but in the end it was just OK. When we arrived, I didn't realize my reservation had been cancelled but the lady behind the counter was able to get us into a king room for 2 nights. We chose to stay here because we were going to see a San Jose Sharks game and spend New Years Eve. The downstairs lobby area is very nice, but the upstairs areas need updating.

Breakfast include, NOT!

We booked this room on Travelocity through Trivago with the specific desire of having breakfast included in our hotel stay. However, Sunday morning we had to pay for our breakfast. What's up with that?

Great weekend in San Jose

Pros: proximity to the airport and amenities
Cons: Allow guests to use their internet service throughout the hotel, including in conference rooms
Location: There was a great sports bar and a casino across the street.
I had a great experience. The shuttle to and from the airport was very quick. The hotel accommodations were great. My one pet peeve was the inability to use my room's internet service in the conference room. Other than that, it was a great weekend stay in San Jose
