There is nothing special about this property and sure doesnt live up to the Sheraton Grand standard. The rooms are nicely remodelled and look good. Check-in wait time was horrible and maid service was terrible. There are only sheets on the bed, no comforter or anything heavierbthan a sheet. The view of the river from the room was great but given the rest of the issues its not worth staying there again in my opinion. Its no better than your run of the mill hotel.

A real disappointment -- coffee maker broken, no fridge, outrageous resort fee, no room amenities (e.g. robes). Extortionate *self* (not valet) parking, and trapped in garage because of broken card reader.

Check in was very slow. It was Saturday night on a holiday weekend and I think they had only 3 people checking in. The line took at least 30 minutes. We arrived to check in at 6:30 and they said there weren't any rooms ready yet. They said they were fully booked and were still cleaning. My spouse thought they might have overbooked because the people next to us said they were told the same thing several hours earlier. It seemed like check-in was not well-organized based on their reservations and bookings. They let us check our luggage and texted us when our room was available/ready so we were at least able to go get dinner. Due to a number of weddings that evening, the parking garage was full so we parked at a different garage which was actually cheaper, but not as convenient. Check in was the only hiccup. The rest of our stay was great: room was clean, comfortable, nice view of river and city, had a cocktail at the bar that was great, the kids enjoyed the pool. It was probably just really chaotic on Saturday with so many events, the holiday weekend, etc.

Calk in bathtub should be replaced as it was missing in a large area. Otherwise the hotel staff were professional and very helpful. The room was fantastic and very comfortable.

This hotel is outrageously overpriced. The room wasn’t as clean as I expected. The tub drain was backed up. The building itself was outdated. The amount daily fees and surcharges were excessive. The burger restaurant and accompanying outdoor dining are were dirty. The location was great.
