Enjoyed the proximity to other places in Victoria. Appreciate the underground parking. Would be better if pool water wasn’t so cold. Staff was welcoming and smiling. Bartender was distant in making me feel valued.

Beautiful views of the inner harbor. Walking distance to Royal Museum and downtown. Patio on the waterfront.

The hotel is centrally located, easy walking distance to most attractions, restaurants, etc. It sits on the water with a great view of the Harbour. I think the view is better than from the Empress. They have a story hour for kids at 8 pm every night with a cookie. The restaurant is extremely pricey, but great view. They have a kids menu. The hot tub is by the pool. The pool is in doors and heated. The sauna is co-Ed. Noisey due to sea planes taking off and landing in Harbour, but tolerable as this ends at dark, and doesn’t resume again until am. We enjoyed our stay.
