The air unit needs servicing. When it came on, it would squeak for quite a while making it hard to get some sleep, but that was nothing compared to the business nearby. It sounded like a manufactoring company that worked 24/7. I did not get any sleep the one and only night I stayed.

as soon as i walked into the facilities i found bugs flying around. staff seemed awkward about answering a simple question about checking in early

I do want to apologize about any awkwardness on the part of our staff and I hope they were able to answer your question. Just in case they were unable, our early check in policy states that so long as we have a room clean and available we are able to check you in as early as 12pm (noon) but we do not guarantee a room will be ready until 3pm. Thank you once more for your feedback and I hope that you will visit us again soon.

The room was very nice and comfortable as well as being large and clean. The bed was extremely comfy too. I would have given it 5 stars except the hot water in the shower was not working. The shower water was Luke warm to cool so very uncomfortable in February.
